基于绝缘瓷套异常引起电场绝缘偏低的分析

摘要 电除尘器是燃煤电厂降低粉尘排放浓度的重要环保设备,若单个电场出现故障会导致除尘效率下降。针对某2×660MW燃煤电厂1#机组电除尘器运行时,一室四电场频繁出现闪频,其绝缘值长期偏低,在机组停备期间,对一室四电场进行全面检查,找出了其绝缘偏低的原因,采取有效措施后,问题得到解决。 Electric precipitator is an important environmental protection equipment to reduce dust emission concentration in coal-fired power plants.If the failure of a single power field causes the decrease of dust removal efficiency.During the operation of electric dust collector of unit 1#of a 2×660 MW coal-fired power plant,frequent flash frequency and its insulation value is low for a long time.During the shutdown of the unit,a comprehensive inspection of one room and four electric field was conducted,the reason for the low insulation was found and effective measures were taken,the problem was solved.
