论中小学劳动教育的价值意蕴、现实困境及其超越路径 被引量:6

摘要 劳动教育是人的全面发展的重要组成部分。通过实践锻炼、价值引领和个性发展可以促进个体自然生命、精神生命和社会生命的逐步完善来实现其独特的育人价值。目前,中小学劳动教育还存在教育目的工具化、课程地位边缘化师资力量薄弱、实施方式去身体化以及教育评价单一化等现实困境。这就需要始终强调劳动教育的育人价值旨归、重视劳动教育课程开发和师资队伍建设、注重实施方式的身心合一以及完善劳动教育的多元评价体系等多种路径实现困境的超越。 Labor education is an important part of the all-round development of human beings.Practical exercise,value guidance and personality development can promote the gradual improvement of individuals'natural life,spiritual life and social life,and the unique educational value of labor can be achieved.Now,there exist some realistic predicaments of labor education such as the instrumentalization of the educational aims,the marginalization of the curriculum,the lack of the teachers,the non-involvement of body in its implement and the simplification of its assessment.It is necessary to always emphasize the educating value of labor education,pay attention to the development of the curriculum of the labor education and the construction of teachers,unite the body and mind in the implement ways,and the diversify the educational assessment to surpass the predicament.
