摘要
基于极大似然方法给出了逆xgamma分布应力强度模型可靠度的点估计与置信区间,采用牛顿-拉夫逊算法给出了极大似然估计的近似解;运用参数变换后的信息阵,得到模型可靠度的渐近分布,进而给出置信区间。通过随机模拟和机载通信收发器的实例演算,结果表明:该方法是可行的、有效的。
Based on the maximum likelihood method,the point estimation and confidence interval of the reliability for the inverse xgamma distribution stress strength model are given.The approximate solution of the maximum likelihood estimation is given by Newton Raphson algorithm;Using the information matrix after parameter transformation,the asymptotic distribution of the reliability of the model is obtained,and the confidence interval is given.By using random simulation and example calculation of airborne communication transceiver,the results show that this method is feasible and effective.
