双独立聚能装药同步形成双EFP的隔爆因素研究

摘要 为了提高弹药毁伤效能,开展双独立聚能装药同步形成双EFP的隔爆因素研究,采用AUTODYN软件分别对双独立聚能装药间距和起爆间隔两个因素进行了仿真分析和试验研究。研究发现:装药间距对隔爆效果的影响较小,随着距离的增大隔爆效果不明显;双独立聚能装药起爆的同步性对隔爆效果的影响较大,起爆间隔应控制在3μs以内,实际设计中应尽量保证同步起爆。研究结果为多独立聚能装药在装药间距设计和起爆间隔控制等方面提供依据。 In order to increase the damage efficiency of ammunition,the technology of forming multiple EFPs in parallel through shaped charges has attracted wide attention,the research on the explosion-proof factors of dual independent shaped charges to form dual EFPs simultaneously has a certain degree of promoting the development of multi-explosive formed projectile technology.The AUTODYN software was used to carry out simulation analysis and experimental research on the two factors of the distance between the dual independent shaped charges and the detonation interval.The study found that the charge spacing has little effect on the flameproof effect,and the flameproof effect is not obvious as the distance increases;the synchronization of the initiation of dual independent shaped charges has a greater impact on the flameproof effect,and it should be controlled within 3μs,and the actual design should try to ensure synchronous initiation.The research results provide theoretical and experimental basis for multi-independent shaped charges in charge spacing design and initiation interval control.
