钢包钢管混凝土防护门动力响应及其影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 将钢包钢管混凝土防护门简化为正交各向异性简支板,采用代表体元惯性矩等效方法计算2个主方向的抗弯刚度,基于正交各向异性薄板理论得到板的自振频率及动力响应。通过理论计算和利用LS-DYNA有限元软件的数值模拟结果,分析钢管壁厚与钢板板厚对板自振频率和动力响应的影响,结果表明:随着钢板厚度增加,自振频率增加,防护门抗力提高,两者变化效果明显;随钢管壁厚增加,自振频率减小,防护门抗力提高,两者变化幅度较小。防护门设计时,在允许范围内应适当增加钢板厚度。 To study the influencing factors of the dynamic response of the steel-clad concrete-filled steel tube blast door,the steel-clad concrete-filled steel tube blast door was simplified as an orthotropic simply supported plate,and the equivalent method of representative volume moment of inertia was used to calculate the flexural rigidity of the two main directions.Orthotropic thin plate theory obtained the natural frequency and dynamic response calculation method of the plate.Through theoretical calculations and numerical simulation results,by using LS-DYNA finite element software,the effects of steel pipe wall thickness and steel plate thickness on the natural vibration frequency and dynamic response of the plate were analyzed.The results show that:(1)As the thickness of the steel plate increases,the natural vibration increases and the resistance of the blast door increases,and the effect of the two changes is obvious;(2)With the increase of the steel pipe wall thickness,the natural vibration frequency decreases,and the resistance of the blast door increases,and the change range of the two is smaller.When the blast door is designed,the thickness of the steel plate can be appropriately increased within the allowable range.
