摘要
为了实现承压设备介质的多危害性评价,提出了一种综合考虑健康、物理和环境危害的承压设备介质多危害性评价方法。该方法以承压设备介质多危害性数据为基础,构建了基于转换分值法的承压设备介质多危害性分值评价策略和基于层次分析-熵权法的承压设备介质多危害性权重评价策略,实现承压设备介质的多危害性评价。研究表明:所提方法综合考虑了承压设备介质的多危害性,实现了承压设备介质多危害性分值与权重的合理评价,有效补充了承压设备介质多危害性评价相关标准及研究的不足。
To realize the evaluation of multiple hazards for pressure equipment medium,a multiple hazards evaluation method for pressure equipment medium was proposed,which comprehensively considered the health,physical and environmental hazards of pressure equipment medium.Based on the medium multiple hazards database of pressure equipment,the multiple hazards score evaluation strategy based on conversion score method and the multiple hazards weight evaluation strategy based on Analytic Hierarchy Process-Entropy Weight were constructed to realize the multiple hazards evaluation for pressure equipment medium.Experiment studied illustrated that the proposed method comprehensively considered the multiple hazards of the pressure equipment medium to achieve a reasonable evaluation of the score and weight,which can effectively supplement the inadequacy of the research on multiple hazards evaluation for pressure equipment medium.
