厚度梯度型负泊松比蜂窝抗爆炸特性及优化 被引量:4

摘要 为了提高军用车辆底部防护组件的抗爆炸性能,降低在爆炸发生时车内乘员的损伤,建立了某军用车辆底部防护组件模型,与爆炸试验台架进行了对比标定,验证了仿真模型的准确性;对比了均质负泊松比蜂窝芯层和几种不同厚度梯度型负泊松比蜂窝芯层的底部组件防护性能,结果表明:在同等质量条件下,厚度梯度型负泊松比蜂窝芯层的组件有更好的防护性能;对厚度梯度型负泊松比蜂窝芯层进行了材料结构一体化多目标优化设计,使底部防护组件具有更佳防爆性能。 In order to improve the anti-explosion performance of the bottom protection component of a military vehicle,a model of the bottom protection component of a military vehicle was established and bench-marked with the explosion test bench to verify the accuracy of the simulation model.The protective performance of the components at the bottom of the homogeneous negative Poisson’s ratio honeycomb interlayer and several different negative Poisson’s ratio honeycomb core layers with different thickness gradient was compared.The results show that the components of the negative Poisson’s ratio honeycomb interlayer with the same thickness gradient have better protective performance.The material structure integrated multi-objective optimization design of negative Poisson’s ratio honeycomb with thickness gradient was carried out to make the bottom protection component have the best explosion-proof performance.
