摘要
通过分析扬州智慧城市建设的情况,发现在顶层设计架构、信息数据共享、人才吸引能力方面存在较大提升空间。通过实践探索发现创新链与产业链的深度融合能够促进经济产业结构调节、社会资源配置优化、区域高质量发展,这为扬州智慧城市建设过程中存在的问题,分别从统筹设计规划、提供人才支持、加强基础保障等方面提供解决思路。
By analyzing the construction of Yangzhou smart city,it is found that there is a large room for improvement in top-level de sign architecture,information and data sharing and talent attraction.The practical exploration found that the deep integration of innovation chain and industrial chain can promote the conditions of economic and industrial structure,the optimization of social resource allocation and regional high-quality development,which provides solutions to the problems existing in the construction of Yangzhou smart city from the as pects of overall design and planning,providing talent support and strengthening basic guarantee.
