大学生社会媒体情境下旅游信息搜寻行为研究

A study on college students􀆳tourism information searching behavior in social media context

摘要 社会化媒体的快速发展使越来越多的群体转向社会化媒体进行旅游信息搜寻。而大学生旅游者具有青年旅游者共有的特点:上网时间充裕且旅游意愿强,是社会化媒体旅游信息搜寻的主要群体。基于此,文章在理论分析的基础上进行实证分析,通过设计问卷对大学生旅游群体进行调查,综合分析搜寻动机、搜寻内容、搜寻障碍、搜寻后续行为以及搜寻行为影响的主客观因素等内容,并得出结论,在此结论基础上为旅游企业提供相关建议。 With the rapid development of social media,more and more groups turn to social media to search for tourism information.College students,with the common characteristics of young tourists,have plenty of time on the Internet and strong willingness to travel,and they are the main groups of tourism information searching through social media.Based on this,the article makes an empirical analysis on the basis of theoretical analysis,through the design of the questionnaire investigation of university students􀆳tourist groups,comprehensive analy sis and searching motivation,content,search,search for the follow-up actions and behavior factors such as the content.At last,we draw con clusions as well as the tourism enterprises to provide relevant advice.
