企业是我国经济发展的主体,承担着重要的创新责任。企业必须加快创新的步伐,将核心技术掌握在自己手中,才能在时代变革中抓住机遇,迎接挑战。股权激励作为一种长期激励机制,被越来越多的公司选择。文章依托层次需要理论,研究股权激励迭代通过影响激励对象行为进而影响企业创新能力的作用机理,同时创新能力也将反作用于股权激励迭代。最后,根据二者间的影响路径,提出提升企业创新能力的建议。

Enterprises are the main body of China's economic development,bearing an important responsibility for innovation.Enterpri ses must speed up the pace of innovation and master the core technology in their own hands,so as to seize the opportunities and meet the challenges in the change of the times.Incentive as a long-term incentive mechanism,is more and more companies choose based on the the ory of hierarchical needs,this paper studies the mechanism of how equity incentive iteration affects the enterprise's innovation ability by in fluencing the behavior of the incentive object,and the innovation ability will also react on the equity incentive iteration.Finally,according to the influence path between the two,it puts forward suggestions to improve the enterprise's innovation ability.
