摘要
现有关于教育对消费的影响,多以个人受教育程度和个人消费作为研究对象。文章构建家庭受教育水平,将家庭的受教育程度作为研究对象,基于2018年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS2018)的数据,分析了家庭受教育水平、收入等因素对家庭消费水平和家庭消费结构的影响。研究结果表明,家庭受教育水平对家庭消费水平有显著影响,均呈现出倒“U”型结构,对各类型消费占比的影响呈现出不同的结构。同时,文章的研究结果也表明,家庭受教育水平通过家庭收入影响消费的中介效应存在。
The current research on the influence of education on consumption mainly focuses on personal education level and personal consumption.Based on the data of China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)in 2018,this paper constructs the family education level,takes the family education level as the research object,and analyzes the influence of family education level,income and other factors on the house hold consumption level and household consumption structure.The results show that family education level has a significant impact on house hold consumption level,showing an inverted“U”structure,and the impact on the proportion of various types of consumption presents dif ferent structures.At the same time,the results of this study also show that the mediating effect of family education level on consumption through family income exists.
