劳动力作为一种重要的生产要素,对一个地区乃至一个国家的经济发展都起着关键的作用。我国东部地区作为主要的劳动力流入地区,获得了大量的人口、资金、技术,这些因素推动了东部地区的经济发展。而中部地区作为劳动力的流出地,劳动力尤其是青壮年劳动力的流失,给当地的经济发展造成了一定的影响。近年来,为了协调发达地区和欠发达地区之间的经济发展,政府在中部地区投入了大量精力和财力,也取得了一定的正面效果,出现了劳动力回流现象,起到了刺激欠发达地区经济增长的作用。

Labor force is an important factor of production,it plays a key role in the economic development of a region and even a country.As the main labor inflow area,the eastern region has obtained a large number of population,capital and technology,which promote the economic development of the eastern region.As the outflow of labor force in central China,the loss of labor force,especially the young and middle-aged labor force,has a certain impact on the local economic development.In recent years,in order to coordinate the economic development between the developed areas and the less developed areas,the government has invested a lot of energy and financial resources in the central and western regions,which has also achieved a certain positive effect.The phenomenon of labor return has appeared,which has played a role in stimulating the economic growth of the underdeveloped areas.
