汪机“参芪论”在气血亏虚型结直肠癌中的运用探讨

Study on the Application of Wang Ji’s“The Theory of Codonopsis and Astragalus”in Colorectal Cancer Patients with Qi and Blood Deficiency

基于汪机“参芪论”补益人体气血的观点,结合参芪的现代研究成果,探讨气血亏虚型结直肠癌患者的发病及论治思路。认为气血亏虚是此类结直肠癌患者的基本病机,心、脾是主要被影响的脏腑。针对脾胃虚弱及心脾亏虚患者,在抗肿瘤治疗的同时应分别治以补益脾胃、健脾养心,可分别选用补中益气汤及归脾汤加减治疗。气血亏虚型结直肠癌的治疗运用扶正抗癌、补益气血理论,能够增强中医药治疗的临床疗效。

Based on Wang Ji's viewpoint of"The Theory of Codonopsis and Astragalus"to replenish qi and blood in the human body and combined with the modern research results of Codonopsis and Astragalus,the paper discusses the pathogenesis and treatment ideas of colorectal cancer patients with qi and blood deficiency type and believes that deficiency of qi and blood is the basic pathogenesis of such colorectal cancer patients and the heart and spleen are the main affected organs.For patients with weak spleen and stomach and deficiency of heart and spleen,the anti-tumor treatment should be given separately to nourish the spleen and stomach,strengthen the spleen and nourish the heart and modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Guipi Decoction can be chosen respectively.The treatment of colorectal cancer patients with deficiency of qi and blood adopt the theory of strengthening the body resistance for anti-cancer and nourishing qi and blood so as to enhance the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
