摘要
目的探讨预防肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者不良情绪发生的护理干预措施及其效果。方法选取医院2021年1月—2021年10月肝硬化合并上消化道出血的患者62例,按组间基本特征匹配原则分为观察组与对照组,每组31例。对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组给予预防患者不良情绪发生的护理干预。比较两组患者入院当天、出院当天的患焦虑和抑郁的状况及对护理的满意程度。结果两组患者在入院当天SAS和SDS量表评分的结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院当天,两组SDS和SAS量表评分均明显降低,但观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者的焦虑、抑郁等心理状况,根据患者的文化程度和理解能力,适时给予护理干预措施,对于缓解患者的不良情绪有明显的效果,且干预时间越长,效果越好。
Objective To explore the nursing intervention measures and eff ect of prevent adverse mood in patients with cirrhosis complicated combined upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods From January 2021 to October 2021,62 patients with cirrhosis complicated combined upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the principle of basic feature matching,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures,the observation group was given nursing intervention to prevent adverse mood.The two groups of patients were compared on the day of admission and discharge of anxiety and depression and nursing satisfaction degree.Results There was no signifi cant diff erence in SAS and SDS score between the two groups on the admission day(P>0.05).On the discharge day,SDS and SAS scale scores of the two groups were signifi cantly decreased,but the observation group was lower than the control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the anxiety,depression and other psychological conditions of patients combined cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,timely nursing intervention measures according to the level of education and understanding of patients had obvious effects on relieving adverse mood,the longer the intervention time,the better the eff ect.
