“1+X”证书制度下高职护生老年照护择业动机的现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on the current situation and infl uencing factors of senior nursing students'career motivation under"1+X"certificate system

目的调查“1+X”证书制度下高职护生老年照护择业动机的现状及其影响因素,为培养老年护理人才提供参考和依据。方法将2020年11—12月苏州某卫生类职业院校护生作为调查对象,将问卷导入问卷星,通过各班团支书将问卷链接发放至各班微信群。调查者匿名填写,独立自主完成后提交。结果调查显示,我院二年级高职护生老年照护择业动机水平为69.4±12.08分,处于中等水平。单因素分析显示,性别、在家是否与老人同住、是否曾由老人照顾过、是否有照顾老人的经历、与老年人关系、家人对老人态度、是否参加过老年人活动、是否看好老年护理行业的发展前景,对高职护生择业动机有影响(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,性别、照顾老人的经历、与老年人关系好、参加过老年人活动、看好老年护理行业的发展前景是老年照护择业动机的主要影响因素。结论高职护生老年照护择业动机不断提升,但仍处于中等水平;性别、照顾老人的经历、与老年人关系好、参加过老年人活动、看好老年护理行业的发展前景等因素,对高职护生择业动机有影响。

Objective To investigate the current situation and motivation infl uencing factors of senior nursing students in vocational colleges under the"1+X"certifi cate system,to provide reference and basis for training senior nursing talents.Methods Nursing students from a health vocational college in Suzhou from November to December 2020 were selected as the survey subjects.The questionnaire was imported into The Questionnaire star,and the questionnaire link was sent to the wechat group of each class through the league branch secretary of each class.The investigator should fill in the form anonymously and submit it independently.Results The result showed that,the motivation level of senior vocational nursing students in our college was 69.4±12.08 points,which was in the middle level.Univariate analysis showed that gender,whether they live with the elderly at home,whether they have been taken care of by the elderly,whether they had the experience of taking care of the elderly,their relationship with the elderly,their family's attitude towards the elderly,whether they had participated in the activities of the elderly,whether they were optimistic about the development prospects of the elderly care industry,had an impact on vocational nursing students'career choice motivation(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,experience of caring for the elderly,good relationship with the elderly,participated in activities for the elderly,optimistic about the development of the elderly care industry are the main infl uencing factors of career motivation.Conclusion Vocational nursing students'career motivation of elderly care is improving,but it is still in the middle level.Infl nencing factors such as gender,experience of taking care of the elderly,good relationship with the elderly,participating in the activities of the elderly,optimistic about the development prospect of the elderly care industry,etc.,have an impact on vocational nursing students'career choice motivation.
