摘要
目的调查产科护士工作应激现状,并分析相关影响因素。方法选取河南省17所医院471名产科护士,采用一般资料调查表和中国护士工作应激源量表进行问卷调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果产科护士工作应激总得分为529.36±235.30分;多元线性回归分析结果表明,自评健康状况和薪酬满意度是影响产科护士工作应激的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论产科护士工作应激处于较高水平,护士自评健康状况差,薪酬满意度低,工作应激水平较高。
Objective To investigate the status quo of work stress of obstetric nurses and analyze the related infl uencing factors.Methods 471 obstetrical nurses from 17 hospitals in Henan province were selected and investigated by general data questionnaire and Chinese Nurses Work Stress Scale,the results were statistically analyzed.Results The total score of work stress of obstetric nurses was 529.36±235.30 points.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that self-rated health status and salary satisfaction were the infl uencing factors of job stress of obstetrical nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion The work stress of obstetrical nurses was at a high level,the health status of nurses self-evaluation was poor,the salary satisfaction was low,the work stress level was high.
