高年级护生工作准备度自我感知问卷的汉化及信效度检验

Sinicization and reliability and validity test of self-perception questionnaire of job readiness of senior nursing students

目的汉化高年级护生工作准备度自我感知问卷(perceived professional preparedness of senior nursing students'questionnaire,PPPNS),并检验其信效度。方法采用Brislin翻译模型对量表进行翻译、回译和文化调适,形成中文版PPPNS。2021年5月,对湖北省某高校的326名毕业生进行问卷调查,检验问卷的信效度。结果中文版PPPNS共计19个条目,总问卷的Cronbach’sα系数为0.977,各维度Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.879,0.902,0.980和0.983,3周后重测信度为0.893;总量表的内容效度指数为0.90,各维度的内容效度指数为0.81~1.00;进行因子分析,提取4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为76.45%,各拟合系数均接近于0.9。结论中文版PPPNS在国内研究背景下具有良好的信效度,可作为我国高年级护理毕业生的工作准备度可靠的评估工具。

Objective To develop a Perceived Professional Preparedness of Senior Nursing Students’questionnaire(PPPNS)in Chinese and the reliability and validity were tested.Methods The Brislin translation model was used to translate,retranslate and adapt the scale to form the Chinese PPPNS.In May 2021,326 graduates from a university in Hubei province were surveyed to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Results There were 19 items in Chinese version PPPNS.The Cronbach'sαcoeffi cients of the total questionnaire was 0.977,the Cronbach'sαcoefficients of each dimension were 0.879,0.902,0.980 and 0.983 respectively,the reliability of the retest was 0.893 after 3 weeks.The content validity index of the total content table was 0.90,the content validity index of each dimension was 0.81~1.00.Factor analysis was conducted to extract four common factors,the cumulative variance contribution rate was 76.45%,the fi tting coeffi cients were closely to 0.9.Conclusion The Chinese version of PPPNS had good reliability and validity under the background of domestic research and can be used as a reliable tool to evaluate the job readiness of senior nursing graduates in China.
