Construction Strategy of Chongqing Cold Chain Logistics System under New Western Land-sea Channel Strategy

为有效对接西部陆海新通道的战略发展规划,促进西部陆海新通道的各区域多方向融合发展,从社会、经济发展等宏观角度下分析了重庆地区的冷链物流发展环境和存在的问题,提出西部陆海新通道的战略发展规划下重庆冷链物流体系构建应当从内外空间布局,健全人才培养体系,加强基础设施投入,构建信息平台促进资源整合等方面进行完善。

In this paper,in order to effectively enforce the development plan of the new western land-sea corridor strategy and promote the multi-directional integrated development of the various regions along the western land-sea corridor,we analyzed the development environment and existing problems of the cold chain logistics industry in Chongqing macroscopically from the perspectives of social and economic development,and proposed that,under development plan of the new western land-sea corridor strategy,the construction of Chongqing's cold chain logistics system should be improved from such aspects as internal and external spatial layout,talent training system,infrastructure investment,and an strong information platform for resource integration,etc.
