摘要
为高效准确地找出某地江海联运可发展运输网络,提出了江海联运网络优化模型。首先模拟江海联运应用的现实条件和运作方案,构建江海直达、江海中转和江海直驳三种江海联运模式的成本模型;其次建立效用选择模型,计算和比较某港与其竞争对手的费用、时间、安全和稳定的综合效用;最后建立网络优化模型筛选出可行的江海联运需求路线。以宁波舟山港为例,结合厦门港至武汉港的杂货运输案例进行仿真分析,证明宁波舟山港可作为江海联运中转主选择港,并进一步得到所有宁波舟山港可被选择的江海联运线路,集成为宁波舟山港江海联运网络优化表。
In order to find out an efficient candidate of transfer port for the development of river-sea combined transport network,the paper put forward the optimization model of river-sea combined transport network.Firstly,it simulated the practical conditions and operation schemes of river-sea combined transport,and constructed three cost models including river-sea direct transport,river-sea transfer transport and river-sea lightering.Secondly,it established a utility selection model to calculate and compare the comprehensive utility of cost,time,security and stability between a certain port and its rivals.Finally,it established a network optimization model to screen out feasible demand routes for river-sea combined transport.Taking Ningbo Zhoushan port as an example,in connection with the general cargo transport cases from Xiamen port to Wuhan port,the paper carried out a simulation analysis,which proved that Ningbo Zhoushan port could be used as the main transfer port of river-sea combined transport,and further obtained all the river-sea combined transport routes selected for Ningbo Zhoushan port to be incorporated into the optimized network of river-sea combined transport.
