摘要
快递末端服务是快递服务的重要环节,为解决末端配送成本高的问题,提出快递企业共同构建末端配送联盟,并将采取末端配送网点模式的成本分为三部分:第一阶段由三级节点配送到末端网点的配送成本C1(S)、建设网点的固定成本C2(S)、第二阶段由末端网点配送到客户的成本C3(S),并采用Shapley值法对C2(S)+C3(S)进行分摊。通过算例实验得出结论:加入配送联盟能够降低末端配送成本,而且成本节约量将随着成员数量增加而提高。
To reduce the high cost of endpoint delivery,the paper proposed to build an endpoint express delivery alliance jointly developed by express enterprises,and divided the cost of the shared endpoint delivery network into three parts,namely,the delivery cost from tier-three nodes to terminal outlets,the fixed cost of network construction,and the cost for the final delivery to the customers from the endpoint network,the latter two were then apportioned among the enterprises using the Shapley value method.Through a numerical example experiment,the paper concluded that joining the delivery alliance could reduce the endpoint delivery cost for the enterprises,and the margin of the saved cost would increase with the number of enterprises joining the network.
