基于3D打印的航空备件供应链系统动力学模型与仿真

摘要 探讨3D打印技术引入航空备件供应链的可能性,在分析传统航空备件供应链以及引入3D打印技术的航空备件供应链的因果关系基础上,构建传统供应链以及3D打印供应链的系统动力学模型。通过仿真对比分析两种供应链的总库存水平和备件短缺量数值变化,及备件需求的变化对系统的影响。结果表明,将3D打印技术引入航空备件供应链能有效降低总库存水平,减少备件短缺量,提高航空备件的保障效率。 In this paper,we discussed the possibility of introducing the 3D printing technology into the aviation spare parts supply chain.Based on an analysis of the causal relationship for the introduction of the 3D printing technology into the traditional aviation spare parts supply chain,we set up the system dynamics model of the traditional supply chain and the supply chain incorporating the 3D printing technology.Next,we analyzed comparatively the general inventory level and spare parts shortage in the two supply chains through simulation,as well as the impact of changes in spare parts demand on the supply chain system.The result showed that the introduction of the 3D printing technology into the aviation spare parts supply chain could effectively reduce the total inventory level of the supply chain,alleviate spare parts shortage,and improve the guarantee efficiency of aviation spare parts.
