Research Review of Supporting Capability Construction for Storage and Supply Bases

通过阐述储供基地保障能力建设的研究背景及意义,从国内和国外两大研究角度对储供基地保障能力建设做了系统概述,其中国内研究主要围绕储供基地、储供基地能力、储供基地技术装备应用、模型构建与方法等研究现状的四个模块进行分析论述,为下一步对储供基地的能力建设研究提供基础。

In this paper,we expounded the research background and significance of supporting capability construction of storage and supply bases,and made a systematic overview covering both domestic and foreign researches.Next we reviewed the domestic research literature body mainly in the four categories namely storage and supply bases,supporting capability of the bases,technology and equipment application of the bases,and model construction and methodology,etc,which hopefully would provide basis for further studies on the supporting capability construction of storage and supply bases.
