摘要 为有效解决“智能物流系统”课程实训难等问题,以典型智能仓储为应用场景,利用传感器、RFID技术与装备、区块链技术等构建智能仓储的关键环节与部件,采用3D建模、动画、人机交互等技术自主研发了基于物联网与区块链的智能仓储识别与溯源虚拟仿真实验系统,以解决现实中专业物联网人才培养的瓶颈问题。通过三组实验的设计,先让学生对物联网技术在智能仓储中的应用有一定认知,进而通过操作性实验让学生掌握RFID技术与中间件的应用要点,最后通过综合性实验让学生了解区块链技术溯源的应用原理。 In light of the difficulty of the Intelligent Logistics System course in organizing practical training,and taking the typical intelligent warehousing as the application scenario,we used the sensor technology,RFID technology and equipment,and blockchain technology,etc.,to build an intelligent warehousing system,and through 3D modeling,animation,human-computer interaction,independently developed a virtual simulation experiment system for intelligent warehouse identification and traceability based on the Internet of Things and blockchain technologies to remove the bottleneck in the training of professional Internet of Things talents in reality.Through the design of three sets of experiments,we first offered the students a brief glimpse of the application of the Internet of Things technology in intelligent warehousing,then let them master the application points of the RFID technology and middleware through operational experiments,and finally familiarize them,through comprehensive experiment,the application principle of the blockchain-based traceability technology.
