柴胡桂枝干姜汤在肝恶性肿瘤中的应用分析

Analysis on the application of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction in the treatment of malignant hepatic tumors

本研究以“少阳为枢”为理论指导,通过分析探讨肝恶性肿瘤的病因病机,分析归纳柴胡桂枝干姜汤在肝恶性肿瘤治疗中的应用,同时结合现代药理学研究总结归纳柴胡桂枝干姜汤中有效成分抗肝恶性肿瘤的机制,以期为肝恶性肿瘤的中西医结合治疗及中药实验研究提供参考,促进中医药在恶性肿瘤治疗中的应用。

Guided by the theory of“Shaoyang as the pivot”,this study analyzes and discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of malignant hepatic tumors,the application of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction in their treatment.Meanwhile,combined with the modern pharmacological research,the anti-hepatic malignant mechanisms of the active ingredients in Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction are summarized,hoping to provide a reference for the treatment of malignant hepatic tumors with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and for traditional Chinese medicine experimental research,and promote the application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of malignant tumors.
