This paper expounds Professor Wang Fuchun’s experience in the treatment of infantile enuresis from the characteristics of the disease’s etiology and his unique acupuncture therapy.He believes that the deficient cold of the lower jiao and deficiency of kidney qi are the common etiologies and pathogenesis of enuresis in children.Accordingly,the Tiaoguang Gushe acupuncture therapy has the characteristics of focusing on manipulations,making good use of effective points,combining acupuncture and moxibustion,and coordinating yin and yang.The clinical effect of this method proves to be remarkable in the treatment of this disease.
