益肾宁治疗肾虚血瘀浊毒型肾功能衰竭

Clinical efficacy of Yishenning in the treatment of renal failure with the syndrome of kidney deficiency,blood stasis and turbidity toxicity

目的 观察自拟益肾宁治疗肾功能衰竭(肾虚血瘀浊毒型)的临床疗效。方法 选取120例患者分2组进行对照,及治疗前后对照评价,疗程30 d。记录患者治疗前后中医证候积分情况,以及治疗前后主要指标Scr或Ccr结果。结果 治疗组80例患者治疗结束后,总有效率为100 %,治疗后主症及次症症状总积分明显改善(P<0.001),治疗后肌酐值明显下降(P<0.001),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论 自拟益肾宁治疗肾虚血瘀浊毒型肾功能衰竭疗效确切,能明显减轻临床症状,使血肌酐明显下降,无明显不良反应发生。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Yishenning in the treatment of renal failure with the syndrome of kidney deficiency,blood stasis and turbidity toxicity.Methods A total of 120 patients were enrolled in the study as subjects and divided into a treatment group (80 cases) and a control group (20 cases).Both groups were given the basic treatment and the diet treatment,while the treatment group was additionally treated with Yishenning,both lasting for 30 days.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared after treatment,and the scores of TCM syndromes and the results of Scr or Ccr before and after treatment were recorded.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 100 %,and the total scores of the main symptoms and secondary symptoms after treatment were significantly improved (P<0.001),while the creatinine value was significantly decreased after treatment (P<0.001).All the above indexes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group.Conclusion Self-made Yishenning is effective in the treatment of renal failure with the syndrome of kidney deficiency,blood stasis and turbidity toxicity,which can significantly relieve clinical symptoms and decrease the serum creatinine level,with no obvious adverse reactions.
