中俄能源合作中存在的问题分析

能源问题对于中俄两国来说,已经成为一个重要的战略问题。经过两国多年的合作,双方在能源领域通过对话协商、高层会晤、能源谈判等手段,为两国今后在能源领域合作打下了坚实的基础。但由于美日等大国对中国能源市场的制约和地域能源垄断价格的影响,中俄能源合作仍存在地区能源博弈加剧、缺乏明确的能源机制等问题。采用构建能源市场经济利益共同体和推动中俄货币融合等措施可以有效解决上述问题,对于中俄能源合作良性发展具有推动作用。

For China and Russia,energy has become an important strategic issue.After years of cooperation between the two countries,the two sides have laid a solid foundation for future cooperation in the energy field through dialogue and consultation,high-level meetings,energy negotiations and other means.However,due to the restriction of the United States,Japan and other big countries on China’s energy market and the influence of regional energy monopoly prices,there are still some problems in Sino Russian energy cooperation,such as the intensified regional energy game and the lack of a clear energy mechanism.Therefore,measures such as building a community of economic interests in the energy market and Promoting Sino Russian monetary integration can effectively solve the above problems,which will promote the sound development of Sino Russian energy cooperation effect.
