战略管理视角下自贡中职电子商务专业发展的SWOT分析

SWOT Analysis on the Development of E-commerce Major in Zigong Secondary Vocational Schools from the Perspective of Strategic Management

在自贡市产业转型升级过程中,电子商务行业在调结构、转方式、扩内需、促发展中发挥了重要作用,但电商专业人才的缺失制约着自贡电子商务行业的发展。运用SWOT分析法对自贡中职电子商务专业的内部条件(优势、劣势)和外部环境(机会、威胁)进行了系统分析,对其发展现状作出了劣势大于优势、机遇多于威胁的判断。基于此,从战略管理的视角提出了SO、ST、WO、WT四种组合战略作为发展对策,以期提高自贡中职电子商务专业发展的速度和质量,提升其服务地方经济转型升级的能力。

In the process of industrial transformation and upgrading in Zigong City,the E-commerce industry has played an important role in adjusting the structure,changing the mode,expanding domestic demand and promoting development.However,the lack of E-commerce professionals restricts the development of Zigong's E commerce industry.This paper systematically analyzes the internal conditions(Strengths and Weaknesses)and external environment(Opportunities and Threats)of E-commerce major in Zigong Secondary Vocational Schools by using SWOT analysis method,then it makes a judgment that the Weaknesses outweigh the Strengths and the Opportunities are more than the Threats.Based on this and from the perspective of strategic management,this paper puts forward four combination strategies of SO,ST,WO and WT as the E-commerce major’s development countermeasures,so as to improve the development speed and quality of E-commerce major in Zigong Secondary Vocational School and enhance its ability to serve the transformation and upgrading of local economy.
