新型本科院校服务地方个案研究--以四川工商学院为例

A Case Study of New Undergraduate Colleges Serving Local Communities--Taking Sichuan Technology and Business University as an Example

当前社会的发展对大学的社会服务功能提出了新的要求,本科院校自身存在特有的人才优势和资源优势,在高校建设过程中将自身优势转换为国家和社会发展的效益也有利于本科院校的理论发展向应用实践升级。四川工商学院作为新型本科院校,其在人才、科研、文化等领域为地方建设发展提供服务,并取得了卓越的成效,在实践的过程中,院校自身的资源和发展限制也制约了其服务地方的举措和成果。四川工商学院服务地方的举措具有代表性,面对的问题也具有实践价值,以四川工商学院为代表的新型本科院校在服务地方的过程中应该注重自身的服务观念转变、专业和服务机制建设、教师队伍的素质提高和科技成果转换;地方企业、地方政府也应该和新型本科院校建立联系,为院校服务地方提供外在支持。

At present,the development of society has put forward new requirements for the social service function of universities.There are unique advantages of talents and resources in undergraduate colleges and uni-versities.In the process of university construction,the transformation of its own advantages into benefits of national and social development is also conducive to the upgrading of theoretical development to applied practice of un-dergraduate universities.As a new type of undergraduate college,Sichuan University of Technology and Business provides services for local construction and development in the fields of talents,scientific research,and culture,and has achieved remarkable results.In the process of practice,the resources and development constraints of colleges and universities also restrict their initiatives and achievements in serving local areas.The measures taken by Sichuan Industrial and Commercial College to serve the local area are representative,and the problems it faces are also of practical value.In the process of serving local areas,the new undergraduate colleges represented by Sichuan Technology and Business University should pay attention to the transformation of their own service concept,the construction of professional and service mechanism,the improvement of the quality of teachers and the transfor-mation of scientific and technological achievements.Local enterprises and local governments should also establish links with new-type undergraduate colleges and universities to provide external support for them to serve local areas.
