非民族院校民族预科教育自主培养模式探析--以T大学为例 被引量:1

摘要 少数民族预科教育是国民教育体系的重要组成部分。T大学于2018年秋季开始招收少数民族预科生并进行自主培养。经过三年的实践探索,T大学逐步形成了具有自身特色的自主培养模式。同时,T大学民族预科教育也面临着教学设置缺少针对性、管理体系缺少独立性、教师系列缺少专职性以及民族预科学生适应性等问题。为进一步提升民族预科教育的实效性,T大学应扩大分层教学范围,下放民族预科教育自主管理权,完善民族预科教育师资队伍,重视民族学生适应力问题,强化服务管理。 Minority preparatory education is an important part of the national education system.In autumn 2018,T University began to recruit minority preparatory students and conduct independent training.After three years of practice and exploration,T University has gradually formed an independent training mode with its own char-acteristics.At the same time,ethnic preparatory education in T University is also faced with problems such as lack of pertinence in teaching setting,lack of independence in management system,lack of professionalism in teacher series and adaptability of ethnic preparatory students.In order to further improve the effectiveness of ethnic pre-paratory education,T University should expand the scope of stratified teaching,decentralize the independent management of ethnic preparatory education,improve the teaching staff of ethnic preparatory education,attach importance to the adaptability of ethnic students,and strengthen service management.
