摘要
在数控加工过程中可采用手工编程和自动编程两种方式进行程序的编写,两者在程序的准确性、编程效率、编程逻辑、系统的适应性存在一定的差异,两者编程方式各有优缺点,不能绝对地评价哪一种编程方式更好,操作者可根据实际情况采用适当的编程方式,从而编写出加工效率高、程序准确性高的程序。
In the numerical control processing process may use manual programming and automatic pro-gramming,there are some differences between them in the accuracy,efficiency,logic and adaptability of the system.Both programming methods have their own advantages and disadvantages,and it is impossible to absolutely evaluate which programming method is better.The operator can adopt appropriate programming methods according to the actual situation,thus,the program with high processing speed and high accuracy can be written.
