摘要
频率与周期测量是数字信号处理中一个重要的参数,FPGA是在高速高精度频率测量方面有独特的优势。本文基于等精度测量法的基础上,提出了自适应闸门频率测量方案,在方案可以在测量低频信号时自动根据信号周期的长度而自动的延长闸门时间,从而精确的测量到频率低至0.001Hz的信号的频率,并且不影响中高频段的测量速度。
Frequency and period measurement is an important parameter in digital signal processing.FPGA has unique advantages in high speed and high precision frequency measurement.Based on the equal precision measurement method,this paper proposes an adaptive gate frequency measurement scheme,which can automatically extend the gate time according to the length of the signal cycle when measuring low-frequency signals,so as to accurately measure the frequency of signals as low as 0.001Hz without affecting the measurement speed of middle and high frequency bands.
