基于“二元制”教育下农村电商人才培养模式探析

互联网技术飞速发展促进电商发展迈向新的发展阶段,电子商务逐渐向农村地区延伸,农村市场对电商人才的需求逐渐增加,当前农村电商人才供不应求。文章在深入了解“二元制”教育内涵的基础上,分析农村电商人才培养的应用价值及发展现状,并有针对性提出基于“二元制”教育的农村电商人才培养模式,通过深化校企融合,构建完善的三师型教师团队,打造“二元制”人才培养新模式。

The rapid development of Internet technology promotes the development of e-commerce to a new stage of development.E-commerce is gradually extending to rural areas.The demand for e-commerce talents in the rural market is gradually increasing.The current supply of rural e-commerce talents exceeds demand.The paper explores the rural e-commerce talent training model under dual education,analyzes the application value and development status of rural e-commerce talent training on the basis of in-depth understanding of the connotation of dual education,and proposes targeted rural e-commerce talent training model through deepening school-enterprise integration,building a complete three-qualified teacher team,creating a new dual-system talent training model.
