Pierce Die is a common tool in stamping production,and ensuringthe normal use of Pierce Die is an important link in stamping production.By analyzing the structural characteristics of Pierce Die and the common faults in production,this thesis summarizes the specific causes that Pierce die results in hitches,so as to formulate the repairing plan quickly,reduce the maintenance frequency and shorten the production cycle.
