基于影响临床尿液检验准确性的相关指导原则探讨

Discussion on the Relevant Guiding Principles that Affect the Accuracy of Clinical Urine Test

目的探讨影响临床尿液检验的相关指导原则,以减少影响检验结果的干扰因素,提高检验准确率。方法收集来自湖北省老河口市第一医院检验科2020年12月至2021年4月间的尿液分析常规样本共200份,其中住院患者尿液样本100份、门诊患者尿液样本100份。应用Sys⁃mex UC-3500尿液全自动干化学分析系统对尿液标本进行检验,以OIympus双目显微镜进行复核。结果以显微镜检验结果为金标准,比较两组患者通过采取干预措施提高尿液检测的准确性。评定内容分为尿沉渣检测、红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞、尿液的透明度、颜色和酸碱度、蛋白质、管型等。结论应用临床尿液检验的相关指导原则,住院患者样本明显减少了人为因素造成的影响,提高了尿液检测的准确性,临床诊断依据更可靠。

Objective We aimed to reduce the interference factors that affect the test results and improve the test accuracy through discussing the relevant guiding principles that affect the accuracy of clinical urine test.Methods We collected 200 routine samples for urine analysis from clinical laboratory of Laohekou First Hospital and the period was from December 2020 to April 2021.100 urine samples were from inpatients and the other 100 samples were from outpatients.Urine samples were examined by Sysmex UC-3500 automatic urine dry chemistry system.Besides Olympus binocular microscope was used for reexamination.External Quality Control was conducted strictly at every turn.We combined the accuracy of urine tests with clinical information to analyze and compare the test results(passing rate and passing accuracy).Results Using the results of microscope examination as the gold standard,we compared the improved accuracy of urine tests between two groups of patients after intervention measures were taken.The evaluation includes urinary sediment test,red blood cell,white blood cell,epithelial cell,the transparency,color and pH of urine,protein,tube shape and so on.The passing rate of samples increased by 16%and the passing accuracy increased by 10%.Conclusions Using relevant guiding principles of clinical urine test has dramatically reduced the interferences and influences which were caused by human factors on inpatients.The accuracy of urine tests has been improved and the basis of clinical diagnosis has been more reliable.
