经济欠发达地区农村养老途径探索--以黄山市为例

The Health and Endowment for the Elderly in the Undeveloped Rural Areas in Huangshan City

了解黄山市农村老人的养老现状,为进一步进行农村养老途径探索提供参考依据。采取便利抽样法,通过走访、调研、政策咨询和问卷星网络进行抽样调查,自编网络调查问卷包括一般人口学资料、自身健康情况、倾向养老方式、对养老机构费用评价等,采用卡方检验和Logistic回归分析,分析老年人口是否愿意去养老机构的影响因素。回归分析显示,婚姻状态、文化程度、倾向于哪种养老方式、自觉机构养老费用、是否有失能状态是农村老人是否愿意去机构养老的影响因素。文章认为,黄山市已进入老龄社会,部分农村进入超高龄社会,农村养老供给不足,养老服务人员数量与素质均需提升,需要政府加大资金投入,并进行政策支持、制度创新。

To acquaint the present health and endowment situations of the elderly in Huangshan city,the supporting and service ways for the elderly,the service quality and demands and the existing problems.Techniques include interviewing,investigation and analysis,policy insulting and the online investigating powered by www.wjx.cn,and data analysis by SPSS21.It has become an aged society in Huangshan city and even over-aged in parts of the countryside.In the rural areas,the supplies are inadequate;the number and the quality of the elderly service both need to be enhanced;more governmental fund should be invested;innovation of policy supporting and systematic reforms should be deepened.
