古今医案云平台(V2.3.8)针刺治疗突聋取穴规律研究

Analyzing the Law of Acupuncture Treatment of Sudden Deafness Based on the Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform(V2.3.8)

目的运用古今医案云平台(V2.3.8)对针刺治疗突聋取穴规律进行分析,以期临床治疗提供借鉴。方法计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)中近20年(2001年9月至2021年8月)针刺治疗突聋的文献,用Excel建立数据库,并录入到古今医案云平台(V2.3.8),通过该软件各种功能对数据进行分析。结果共纳入有效文献179篇,涉及腧穴99个,总频次1173次,前4位为翳风、听宫、听会、耳门。穴对前5位有翳风-听宫、翳风-听会、听会-听宫、耳门-听会、耳门-听宫。核心处方为翳风、听宫、听会、耳门等。结论通过数据挖掘分析可知,突聋的治疗取穴以耳旁腧穴为主,在临床中需结合辨证灵活取穴。

Objective:The ancient and modern medical case cloud platform(V2.3.8)was used to analyze the rule of acupoint selection in the treatment of sudden deafness by acupuncture,so as to provide reference for clinical practice.Methods:Literatures on acupuncture therapy for sudden deafness in nearly 20 years(from September 2011 to August 2021)in China Knowledge Resources Database(CNKI),China Academic Periodic Database(Wanfang Data)and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)were retrieved.Excel was used to build the database and input it into the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform(V2.3.8).The data were analyzed through various functions of the software.Results:A total of 179 qualified literatures were included,and 99 acupoints were involved,with a total frequency of 1173 times.The top four acupoints were Yifeng,Tinggong,Tinghui and Ermen.The top five acupoint pairs were Yifeng-Tinggong,Yifeng-Tinghui,Tinggong-Tinghui,Ermen-Tinghui,Tinggong-Tinggong.The core prescriptions were Tifeng,Tinggong,Tinghui,Ermen,etc.Conclusion:Through data mining analysis,acupoints are mainly selected for the treatment of sudden deafness around the ear.In clinical practice,acupoints should be selected flexibly according to syndrome differentiation.
