摘要 目的评价CETU教学法应用于经方治急症教学中的效果。方法选择2018年10月至2021年6月期间,在上海中医药大学附属曙光医院急诊科参加住院医师规范化培训成员作为研究对象。所有对象系统接受CETU教学法。研究对象分别于教学前及教学后完成问卷调查。教学前主要调查内容为经方治急症的信心、学习经方的兴趣等。教学后主要调查内容为教学对条文熟练程度、核心病机的理解、类证鉴别等方面。结果共127人次参与教学并接受问卷调查,仅有不足10%的规培医师有经方治急症的经历或经验,96.06%的年轻医师没有接受过经方治急症的教学。CETU教学结束后,77.17%规培医师认为教学显著提高了对核心条文的掌握,显著提高了对核心病机的理解(74.80%)。对重点难点的类证鉴别有82.68%的调查者认为有显著提高,92.91%规培医师认为对经方方义分析有了更深入的认识和掌握。结论CETU教学法应用于经方治急症教学能显著提高规培医师经方治急症信心,提高对核心条文及经方的理解和掌握。 Objective:To evaluate the role of CETU teaching method in the teaching of classical prescriptions for emergency treatment.Methods:Members who participated in resident standardization training in the emergency department of Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.All subjects systematically accepted CETU teaching method.The subjects completed questionnaires before and after teaching.Before teaching,the main contents of the survey were the confidence in the treatment of emergencies and the interest in learning classical prescriptions;sfter teaching,the main contents of the survey were teaching proficiency,understanding of core pathogenesis,syndrome identification and so on.Results:A total of 127 people participated in the teaching and accepted the questionnaire survey.Only less than 10%of the regular training doctors had the experience of treating emergencies with classical prescriptions,and 96.06%of the young physicians had not received the teaching of treating emergencies with classical prescriptions.After the teaching of CETU,77.17%of the training physicians thought that the teaching significantly improved the mastery of the core provisions and the understanding of the core pathogenesis(74.80%);82.68%of the investigators thought that there was a significant improvement in the identification of key and difficult syndromes,and 92.91%of the physicians thought that they had a deeper understanding and mastery of the analysis of the meaning of classical prescriptions.Conclusion:The application of CETU teaching method in the teaching of emergency treatment with classical prescriptions can significantly improve the confidence of training physicians in the application of emergency treatment with classical prescriptions,and improve their understanding and mastery of core provisions and classical prescriptions.
