优质护理干预对妇女宫颈癌早期筛查认知行为的改善效果

Improvement effect of high-quality nursing intervention on cognitive behavior of cervical cancer early screening in women

目的探讨优质护理干预对妇女宫颈癌早期筛查认知水平、早期筛查接受度和护理满意率的影响。方法选取2019年12月至2020年11月石河子大学医学院第一附属医院接受宫颈癌早期筛查的87名妇女作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=44)和观察组(n=43)。对照组妇女接受常规护理,观察组妇女接受优质护理干预,比较2组妇女的宫颈癌早期筛查认知水平、早期筛查接受度和护理满意率。结果干预前,2组间宫颈癌早期筛查认知水平各项评分的差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);干预后,2组的上述评分均显著高于同组干预前(P均<0.05),且观察组均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05)。干预前,2组间宫颈癌早期筛查接受度的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,2组的筛查接受度均显著高于同组干预前(P均<0.05),且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意率为95.35%,显著高于对照组的77.27%(P<0.05)。结论在妇女宫颈癌早期筛查中实施优质护理干预,可显著提高其对宫颈癌早期筛查认知水平、筛查接受度和护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on women’s cognitive level of early screening of cervical cancer,acceptance of early screening and nursing satisfaction.Methods A total of 87 women who underwent early screening of cervical cancer at the First Affiliated Hospital,School of Medicine,Shihezi University from December 2019 to November2020 were selected.They were divided into a control group(n=44)and an observation group(n=43)by using a random number table.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given high-quality nursing intervention.The cognitive level of early screening of cervical cancer,acceptance of early screening and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of cognitive level of cervical cancer early screening between the two groups(all P>0.05).After the intervention,the above scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention(all P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the acceptance of early screening of cervical cancer between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the acceptance of screening in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention(both P<0.05),and the acceptance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than 77.27%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing intervention in women’s early screening of cervical cancer can significantly improve their cognitive level of early screening of cervical cancer,screening acceptance and nursing satisfaction.
