精准化护理模式在食管癌根治术后康复中的应用效果

Application effect of precision nursing model on postoperative rehabilitation undergoing radical surgery for esophageal cancer

目的探讨精准化护理模式在行食管癌根治术患者术后康复中的应用效果。方法选取2019年7月至2020年9月于中山大学肿瘤防治中心行食管癌根治术的98例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分入对照组(n=49)和观察组(n=49)。对照组患者采用常规护理模式,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上采用精准化护理模式。比较2组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、生活质量和并发症发生率。结果干预后,2组的SAS和SDS评分均显著低于同组干预前(P均<0.05),且观察组的上述评分均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。干预后,2组的欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织食管癌患者补充量表(EORTC QLQ-OES18)各维度评分均显著低于同组干预前(P均<0.05),且观察组的上述评分均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率为14.29%,显著低于对照组的42.86%(P<0.05)。结论精准化护理模式可有效缓解行食管癌根治术患者术后的焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高其生活质量,降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of precision nursing model on the postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing radical surgery for esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 98 patients with esophageal cancer treated with radical resection from July 2019 to September 2020 at Sun Yat-Sen University Cancer Center were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=49)and an observation group(n=49).The control group was given routine nursing model,and the observation group was given precision nursing model on the basis of routine nursing.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS),quality of life,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention(all P<0.05),and the above-mentioned scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(both P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of various items of european organization for research and treatment of cancer quality of life questionnaire-esophageal module(EORTC QLQ-OES18)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention(all P<0.05),and the above scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 14.29%,which was significantly lower than 42.86%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The precision nursing model can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of patients undergoing radical surgery for esophageal cancer,improve their quality of life,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
