循证护理结合中医护理对小儿腹泻的改善效果

Effect of evidence-based nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on children with diarrhea

目的探讨循证护理结合中医护理对小儿腹泻的改善效果。方法选取2019年10月至2020年6月镇江市第四人民医院收治的84例腹泻患儿,按照随机数字表法将其分入对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=42)。对照组患儿接受常规护理干预,观察组患儿接受循证护理结合中医护理。比较2组患儿的康复情况、并发症发生情况和患儿家属的护理满意度。结果观察组的止泻时间、住院时间和大便恢复正常时间均显著短于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组护理期间的并发症总发生率为4.76%,显著低于对照组的19.05%(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属的护理满意率为97.62%,显著高于对照组的78.57%(P<0.05)。结论将循证护理联合中医护理应用于腹泻患儿,可明显加快患儿的康复进程,提升患儿家属的护理满意率,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on children with diarrhea.Methods A total of 84 children with diarrhea admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Zhenjiang from October 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into a control group(n=42)and an observation group(n=42)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received evidence-based nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The rehabilitation,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the children's family were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of diarrhea,hospitalization time and time of stool going back to normal in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications during the nursing period in the observation group was 4.76%,which was significantly lower than 19.05%of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the family members of children in the observation group was 97.62%,which was significantly higher than 78.57%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing in children with diarrhea can significantly speed up the recovery process of children,improve the nursing satisfaction of children's family,and reduce the incidence of complications.
