大学校园内的废旧自行车大量囤积,随意摆放,占用校园空间,对校园环境造成污染,影响校园美观。为改变这种现象,对高校废旧自行车回收利用方案进行探索。经过对二手自行车市场和大学校园的实地调研,提出自行车管理方法和高校自行回收法。首先,阐述高校自行车管理方法的具体实施步骤,说明明确的自行车管理方法是自行车回收利用的基础,由此提出高校自行回收法。其次,依据高校自行回收法的实施,对其注意事项和可行性进行分析。最后,对方案进行总结并提出相关建议。

In the university campus, a large number of old bicycles are hoarded and placed randomly, occupying the campus space, causing pollution to the campus environment and affecting the campus aesthetics. In order to change this phenomenon, we will explore the recycling scheme of waste bicycles in colleges and universities. Through the field research of second-hand bicycle market and university campus, the bicycle management plan and the university selfrecycling method are put forward. First of all, elaborated the university bicycle management method concrete implementation steps, explained that clear bicycle management method is the basis of bicycle recycling, thus put forward the university self-recycling method. Secondly, according to the implementation of self-recovery law in colleges and universities, the matters needing attention and feasibility are analyzed. Finally, the scheme is summarized and relevant suggestions are put forward.
