从垃圾分类看兰州市民绿色意识

Spotting Green Awareness of Lanzhou Citizens from Garbage Classification

为探索兰州市民绿色意识,采用实地调查兰州市垃圾分类制度落实情况、问卷调查兰州市民垃圾分类情况和走访等方法开展研究。调查结果显示兰州市民对居住环境绿化美化的期望值较高,而近半数受访者不清楚所在小区的垃圾分类制度落实情况,仍有垃圾分类无效或不作为、混合搬运垃圾等现象。据此得出结论,兰州市民对垃圾分类制度的关注度较低,市民绿色意识欠缺,对绿色发展理念的形式化比较明显。提出三条建议:加强垃圾分类的基础设施、宣传垃圾的资源化利用理念、挖掘传统文化中垃圾资源化利用的思想,宣传绿色发展理念。

To investigate the green awareness of Lanzhou citizens,used the methods of field research on the implementation of the garbage classification system in Lanzhou,combined with questionnaire survey on the garbage classification of Lanzhou citizens,and interviews on green awareness of Lanzhou citizens to carry out research.The survey results show that Lanzhou citizens have high expectations for the greening and beautification of the living environment,while nearly half of the respondents were not aware of the implementation of the garbage classification system in their communities and there are still phenomena such as ineffective or inaction of garbage classification and mixed handling of the waste.From this it’s concluded that Lanzhou citizens pay less attention to the garbage classification system,lack green awareness of green development is formalized.Therefore,three recommendations are made:Strengthen the infrastructure for garbage classification,promote the awareness of waste recycling,excavate the idea of waste recycling in traditional culture.
