摘要 针对超高功率激光切割工况下的热致焦点漂移问题,基于主控芯片的边缘计算单元、温度传感采集、焦点调节及数控系统通信等模块构建了“光机电算”一体化的超高功率激光切割头控制系统新架构。推导设计了光机热变形所致焦点漂移量控制函数,并基于D-S证据推理合成规则实现了多源温度场的数据处理算法,设计了激光切割头自适应动态调焦控制主程序流程,为开发下一代边缘计算实时控制的智能化激光切割头提供了理论依据。 Aiming at the thermal-induced focus shift problem in ultra-high power laser cutting,a new control system of ultra-high power laser cutting head was constructed based on the edge computing unit of the main control chip,the modules of temperature sensing acquisition,focus adjustment and numerical control system communication. A focus shift quantity control function was designed with consideration of thermal deformation,then based on the D-S evidence reasoning synthesis rules of the temperature field of multi-source data processing algorithm,the main program flow of adaptive dynamic focusing control of laser cutting head was designed,which provides a theoretical exploration for the development of the next generation edge computing based intelligent real-time control system of laser cutting head.
