摘要
研究了三种低温(-3℃、0℃和5℃)环境下晶核型早强剂对水泥凝结硬化行为的影响,采用TG、XRD、SEM进行了表征,并对其机理进行了分析。结果表明,在低温条件下,晶核型早强剂可以加快水泥水化进程,提高硬化浆体的致密程度,有效缩短水泥凝结时间并提升其早期强度的发展。
The influence of crystal nucleus based accelerator on setting and hardening behaviors of cement in three low temperature environments(-3℃,0℃and 5℃)was investigated,the mechanism was characterized and analyzed by TG,XRD,SEM.The results show that the hydration process of cement can be accelerated by crystal nucleus based accelerator,densification of hardened paste is improved,the setting time of cement is effectively shorten and its early strength development is enhanced.
