摘要
电弧炉粉尘(EAFD)是电弧炉炼钢过程中产生的固体废物,采用水泥对EAFD进行吸收和消耗是理想的处理办法之一。介绍了EAFD的形成过程和化学组成,分析了EAFD在水泥混凝土中的作用机理,综述了EAFD在水泥混凝土领域的研究与应用进展,提出了目前研究中存在的问题,展望了水泥混凝土用EAFD未来的研究方向。
Electric arc furnace dust(EAFD)is a solid waste generated in the electric arc furnace steelmaking process.Absorption and consumption of EAFD by cement is one of the alternative treatment methods.The formation process and chemical composition of EAFD are introduced.The mechanism of action of EAFD in cement concrete is analyzed.The research and application progress of EAFD in the field of cement concrete are reviewed.The problems existing in the current research are put forward.The future research direction of EAFD for cement concrete is prospected.
