摘要
采用薄层色谱、硅胶柱层析和半制备反相高效液相色谱等分离方法对兴安蒲公英甲醇提取液乙酸乙酯萃取物进行分离纯化,得到6个单体化合物,依据波谱数据分析及理化性质鉴定了化合物1~6的结构分别为:对羟基苯乙酸甲酯(1)、对羟基苯甲酸(2)、辛二酸二甲酯(3)、对香豆酸(4)、黑麦草内酯(5)、苯甲酸(6),化合物3和5为第一次从兴安蒲公英中分离得到。
Six compounds were isolated and purified from ethyl acetate fraction in the methanol extract of Taraxacum falcilobum Kitag.by thin layer chromatography,silica gel column chromatography and semi preparative reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography.The structures of compounds 1~6 were identified by analysis on their spectral data and physicochemical properties as methyl 4-hydroxyphenylacetate(1),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(2),dimethyl suberate(3),p-coumaric acid(4),loliolode(5)and benzoic acid(6),Compounds 3 and 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
