花椒叶化学成分研究

Chemical constituents from leaves of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.

将花椒叶甲醇提取物采用硅胶柱色谱、重结晶、HPLC进行分离纯化,得到10个单体化合物,根据理化性质与文献波谱数据对照鉴定所得化合物的结构分别为:表羽扇豆醇(1)、羽扇豆醇(2)、桦木酸(3)、α-香树脂醇(4),β-谷甾醇(5)、齐墩果酸(6)、熊果醇(7)、苯甲酸(8)、α-黑麦草素(9)、β-黑麦草素(10)。其中化合物5、7、9、10为首次在该植物中分离得到。

Ten compounds were isolated and purified from methanol extract of leaves of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.by silica gel column chromatography,semi preparative high performance liquid chromatography and thin layer chromatography,their structures were identified by literature spectral data and physical and chemical properties:epilupinol(1),lupinol(2),betulinic acid(3),α-rosin alcohol(4),β-sitosterol(5),oleanolic acid(6),arbutin(7),benzoicacid(8),α-ryegrass(9),β-ryegrass(10).Compounds 5,7,9,10 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
