摘要
通过重结晶、硅胶柱色谱及高效液相色谱等手段从干燥玉米须甲醇提取液正丁醇萃取物中分离得到5个酰胺类化合物。分析化合物核磁数据及与相关文献对照鉴定化合物结构分别是:尿嘧啶(1)、顺-对羟基肉桂酸酰对羟基苯乙胺(2)、反-对羟基肉桂酸酰对羟基苯乙胺(3)、反-阿魏酸酰对羟基苯乙胺(4)、顺-阿魏酸酰对羟基苯乙胺(5)。其中化合物3~5为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Five compounds were separated from n-BuOH fraction of the methanol extract of Stigma maydis by separation methods,such as recrystallization,silica gel column chromatography and RP-HPLC.By analysis the NMR data and compared with the relevant literature,the structures of compounds were identified as uracil(1),N-p-hydroxy-cis-coumaroyltyramine(2),N-p-hydroxy-trans-coumaroyltyramine(3),N-trans-feruloyltyramine(4),N-cis-feruloyltyramine(5).Compounds 3~5 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
