新型排水板在富水地层隧道性能试验及施工技术

摘要 针对富水公路隧道的防水排水设计针对性弱,特别是防水产品排水功能不足,出现不同程度的泄漏等问题,引入凸壳排水板和毛细管排水板新型排水板,并进行排水能力试验和抗淤积能力试验,分析其优点,并因地制宜将毛细管排水板应用于某公路隧道,经检测发现防渗漏水效果良好,说明毛细管排水板在隧道泥沙较多的软岩区起到排水泄压作用。 In view of the weak pertinence of the waterproof and drainage design of Fushui railway tunnel, especially the insufficient drainage function of waterproof products, resulting in different degrees of leakage, this paper introduces the new drainage plate of convex shell drainage plate and capillary drainage plate, carries out the drainage capacity test and anti silting capacity test, and analyzes its advantages, According to local conditions, the capillary drainage board is applied to Yulongshan Tunnel of Hanba South Railway. Through monitoring, it is found that the anti-seepage and water leakage effect is good, indicating that the capillary drainage board plays the role of drainage and pressure relief in the soft rock area with more sediment in the tunnel.
